Held at the Philippine Arena in Bulacan this Thursday, December 14, 2023, Melai was among the invited local celebrities who were seated at the VIP area together with the K-celebs who were also awardees at the event.
The incident happened right after New Jeans were awarded as AAA 2023’s Hot Trend.
The host interviewed the next nominees including Kim Seon Ho of Home Town Cha Cha Cha, Lee Jun Ho of King The Land, EXO’s Suho, and Japanese actor Kentaro Sakaguchi of The Last 10 Years.
Then the host walked towards Melai, who was seated at the table at the back of Kim Seon Ho, Lee Jun Ho, Suho, and Kentaro.
The host asked Melai, “How do you feel about attending the AAA?”
