Youtuber Elvish Yadav :
Arrested amid rave party incident, in custody since March 17. Allegedly involved in snake and venom arrangement. Parents deny his luxury car ownership. Police mention ‘swag’ image projection.
He launched a new YouTube channel, titled Elvish Yadav Vlogs on 23 November 2019. Yadav’s channel had 7.7 million subscribers and 134 million views as of February 2024. He made daily vlogs and criticised movies with his friends and family on this channel.

The Punjab and Haryana High Court has issued a notice to the Haryana Police on the petition of two brothers who claimed that there was a threat to their lives from Gurugram-based YouTuber Elvish Yadav. On which Gurugram Police has recently registered a case. The petitioners have sought directions to protect their lives and liberty, which according to them are in grave danger due to Elvish Yadav and his associates.
Elvish Yadav, for using snake venom at a rave party. Since then, both the brothers have been receiving threats on the internet media and several times they realized that a car was following them.

The petitioners’ lawyer Anirudh Singh Shera told the court that they had released the video of Elvish Yadav, in which he along with about 50 other people were using various snakes. Which are prohibited as per Wildlife Act. This video was made in a mall named Earth Iconic located in Sector-71, Gurugram. The petitioners have also expressed apprehension that Elvish Yadav and his attackers are also involved in other illegal activities.
